David joined the navy out of high school to travel the world and be a Navy Diver, in the Navy's elite Special Forces. He attended BUDS (basic underwater demolition/seal training) training and he graduated from the Navy's Deep Sea Dive school and worked in the capacity as a deep sea diver. While in the Special Forces he dove all over the world, earning a distinguished Navy Expeditionary medal.
David graduated from UNM in 1985 where he played football for the Lobos as a wide receiver from 1981 to 1985.
David has worked in real estate for 18 years. While at Prudential David was in the Chairman's circle .... Prudential's highest level of achievement. Then went on to Coldwell Banker for 10 years, earning their highest level of performance....the Society of Excellence....4 years in a row...that is agents earning over $1 million in commissions in a year. David sold over $55 million in one year and averaged $42 million over a long period of time.
David is an avid athlete, who participates in Ironman distance Triathlons, having completed the California Ironman in 2001 of a time of 11:27 minutes. David has also traveled the world with his son. He has run with the bulls in Pamplona, he has summitted Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, traversed the Panama Canal, traveled through the jungles of South American up through Costa Rica and rode the Baja 1000.
When not doing real estate, David seeks an adventure anywhere to be found. His love of sports is only equal to his passion for clients and helping with their real estate needs.
